This blog is a resource of toy reviews, as well as my own personal experiences as a mother. Hopefully, you'll be able to find information that will help you sift through the unending onslaught of children's toys and select the ones that are actually worth having.

The headlines concern me. What other items have lead based paint on them? And what other products are not safe for other reasons. It isn’t my intention to create hysteria but let’s be real. This is only the tip of the iceberg. I am certainly on a campaign to see what I can buy that is made in america. Now that is not to say that USA manufacturers won’t put out something that may be unsafe. After all there are recalls on a regular basis. However, there are regulatory systems in the USA.
My brand new blog is intended to help consumers located products they need that are made in the usa. See http://www.madebyyankees.com
Thanks for the opportunity to share my concerns!
